These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) set out the rights and obligations of Maison Grévent and any buyer (hereinafter “the Customer”) in the context of the online sale of handcrafted creations offered on the website https://maisongrevent.com

Any order confirmed by the Customer constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions available for sale. Production begins as soon as payment is received. The average production time is 7 working days, plus approximately 3 days for delivery. Maison Grévent reserves the right to refuse any abnormal or incomplete order, or any order from a Customer with whom a previous dispute exists.
The prices shown on the website are in euros and include all taxes (VAT not applicable, art. 293B of the French Tax Code). Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods:
  • Credit card via Stripe
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal
  • Klarna (payment in 3 installments)
Maison Grévent reserves the right to suspend any order in the event of a payment issue.
Mainland France
  • Home delivery with signature or pick-up point via Colissimo.
  • Free delivery for orders over €250, otherwise €8 shipping fee.
Europe
  • Home delivery with signature via DPD.
  • Free delivery for orders over €300, otherwise €12 shipping fee.
Outside Europe
Delivery available upon request via the contact page.
Delivery times and receipt
The average total delivery time is 15 working days (production + shipping). The Customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt and report any anomaly within 3 working days, with supporting photos. In case of damage during transport, the Customer must file a claim with the carrier and notify Maison Grévent. All products are carefully packed; Maison Grévent cannot be held responsible for damage occurring during transport.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order or customized at the customer’s request. As Maison Grévent creations are made to order, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted, except in exceptional cases expressly approved by Maison Grévent.
No return will be accepted without prior approval. In the event of an exceptional return authorization, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any product returned damaged or incomplete will not be eligible for a refund.
Maison Grévent cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfill an order in the event of force majeure (strike, logistical failure, weather event, etc.). Maison Grévent’s liability may only be incurred for direct and foreseeable damages at the time of the order.
The information collected when placing an order is necessary for processing it and for customer relations. Maison Grévent undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the Customer’s personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data may be used for:
  • Processing and delivering orders
  • Communicating information and promotional offers
The Customer may, at any time, exercise their right to access, rectify, or delete their data by writing to: hello@maisongrevent.com
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact Maison Grévent to seek an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in accordance with French law.
